  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or faulty item

We will assess your claim and, where applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
